TOP 4 - MUST DO LIST for MIND AND BODY HEALTH

1) If you don’t have a BIKE, Get one…Fast.

Bike riding is a great full body motion and a great day out in the neighborhood. It can be a great workout with the kids or a peaceful mind clearing ride alone.
It’s a must have.
Make sure_____Before and after you go for a bike-ride to stretch.

2) Make the conscious effort to eat fresh fruits and vegetables as often as you can.
Start with whatever you like and just grow your list - add veggies to your meals
Even if you always thought you didn’t like it, decide to eat some just because it’s good for you. And you want to do what’s good for you, right?

3) Nurture the Mind and DO NOT GIVE UP ON YOURSELF -

Think of the reason why you want to get healthy. Because healthy lives are enjoyed more, by you and everyone else in your life. Consume yourself in health knowledge and self knowledge and be more confident in your overal purpose here on earth.

Know what your body needs. Stretch in the mornings or wherever as your body calls. Your health affect your mood- affects your life and the way you react and respond to everyone around you. When you feel good, life is good for everyone. When you feel better about yourself you’re able to take on life with a better perspective and relaxed point of view. You don’t feel the guilt and the weight both literally and trans-literally.
A good workout is felt in every muscle in your body.

What happens when we exercise more and start to eat better? We start to feel better.
We feel sexy again. Why wouldn’t you want that?

4) If you haven’t painted your nails in a while - Buy the prettiest color you can find and enjoy being a girl for a moment. I truly believe painted nails makes you feel flirty and fun and helps your mood.
